摘要
为了延长装备的回用时间,减少装备对环境的影响及充分利用资源,介绍了基于装备多寿命周期理论的发动机再制造工程,对发动机再制造的内涵、工艺流程、经济社会效益进行了分析。以年再制造1万台重型车辆斯太尔发动机为例进行了效益分析,结果表明可以节省金属材料7.65kt,回收附加值3.23亿元,提供就业500人,并可节电1.45×10^8kwh,减少C02排放0.6kt,说明发展再制造工程对延长装备寿命周期、节能、节材、环保等方面具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the engine remanufacturing based on equipment multi-lifecycle theory in order to prolong the lifecycle of equipment, reduce the influence on environment and make good use of resources. It also details the connotation, technological process and economic benefits of the engine remanufacturing. In view of the process of engine remanufacturing and the situation of end-of-life vehicle in China, 10 thousands remanufactured engines are taken for benefit analysis, and the findings indicate that 7.65 thousands tons metal material will be saved, 323 million additional value will be recovered, 500 employment will be provided, 14.5 millions kilowatt-hours electricity will be saved and the emission of CO2 could be reduced by 0.6 thousands tons. It can be concluded that remanufacturing possesses a far-reaching effect on life-prolonging, energy-saving, material-conservation and environment protection.
