Research on the numerical simulation and the experimentation of the punching-extrusion process with an outer ring for Mn18Cr18N retaining ring

摘要 针对Mn18Cr18N护环钢热成形时易发生开裂、变形不均等缺陷,研究开发了一种新工艺,并对其中的包套冲挤成形进行了数值模拟和试验研究。通过试验验证了有限元模拟计算和实际变形的一致性,同时表明该方法不仅改善了坯料受力变形状态,合理调控了热力参数,有效防止了变形开裂缺陷,有利于提高产品质量和经济效益。 Regarding to the difficult problems in the hot forming of Mn18Cr18N retaining ring, such as cracking, unevenness structure and difficult controllability, a new technology has been developed. And experimental study on the punching and extrusion with an outer ring has been researched. The results are in accordance with that of numerical simulation. The outcome of experimentation shows that there is an advanced process to resolve those difficult problems and to improve the manufacturers quality.
