饭店顾客的忠诚源于顾客的满意。顾客感知价值的实现代表了顾客对饭店的满意,是顾客满意的衡量标准。影响顾客忠诚的主要因素是顾客感知价值和顾客满意程度,而顾客感知价值是顾客忠诚的起点。
The loyalty of hotel vips derives from their satisfaction. The realization of vips' perceptive value represents if the vips find satisfaction in its service, and it is also a standard measuring the degree of vips' satisfaction. The main factors that influence vip loyalty are vips' perceptive value and their degree of satisfaction, furthermore, the vips' perceptive value is the place where vip loyalty begins.
