摘要
目的:探讨人工关节置换术的手术指征及术后并发症的防治方法。方法:通过对我院近50年来人工关节技术的演变、假体改进、临床资料的回顾性分析,总结人工关节置换手术的指征及关键技术的运用技巧。结果:随着假体材料的不断改进、手术技巧的提高以及规范化的操作与管理,关节置换手术已成为治疗严重髋、膝疾患的临床常用手术。结论:我院骨科在国内率先开展人工关节置换手术,至今愈1 100例患者接受了人工关节置换手术,关节外科技术在我院骨科得到不断发展及改进。
Objective：To discuss the indications of total joint replacement and how to prevent the compilations. Methods：We concluded the key technology and how to select patients by the reviewing analysis of joint arthroplasty in our hospital for fifty years. Results ： Because of the improved prosthesis, the advanced technology and standardization in operation, the joint replacement has become the usually method for the serious diseases in hip or knee joint. Conclusion ： The first hip joint arthroplasty was nationally completed in our hospital. To this day, more than 1100 patients were underwent hip or knee joint replacement. The technology of joint arthroplasty achieved development in our department.
