摘要
目前我国正处于一个社会转型的关键时期,社会面貌发生着深刻而巨大的变化,同时社会中的各种矛盾也显现出来,并日益突出。农村贫困问题已经成为社会主义市场经济发展过程中急需解决的一个突出问题。对山西农村贫困人口收入现状及原因进行综合分析,以促进山西新农村的建设和经济的协调发展。
At present, our country is in a key period of social transformation, and the deep and huge changes have been taken place in the social outlook. In the meantime, all kinds of contradictions in the society appear, and are becoming increasingly acute. The rural poor problem has already become a severe problem that needs to be resolved urgently in the development of the social market economy. This artieal emphasizes and analyzes comprehensively the present income condition and the reason of ShanXi rural poor population to promote the construction of the new village and the coordinated growth of the economy in Shanxi Province.
