摘要
基于整合型信息技术接受与使用模型探讨影响接受与使用移动支付的因素,通过文献分析和调研提出了研究模型,该模型是对整合型信息技术接受与使用模型的扩展,新增的两个影响移动支付接受意愿的因素是风险认知和成本。通过对移动支付使用者的问卷调查和分析可知,社会影响对移动支付使用意愿有最显著积极影响,其次是期望效用,成本和努力期望对移动支付使用意愿没有显著影响,便利条件对使用行为也没有显著影响,风险认知对移动支付使用意愿也有显著积极影响,移动支付使用意愿对使用行为有显著积极影响。
This study based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model discusses the factors which influence the mobile payment acceptance. Based on the literature review and reality, the research model is proposed. This model extending the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model integrates two factors which are perceived risk and cost. The research model was empirically tested using data collected from a survey of MP users. The analysis results indicate that social influence, performance expectancy and perceived risk have the significantly positive influence on the behaviorial intention to use. Among them,social influence has the most significant influence. However, the cost and effort expectancy have no significant influence on the behaviorial intention to use. The behaviorial intention to use has the significant influence on the actual use. However, facilitating conditions have no significant influence on the actual use. At the end, the paper discusses the result and the limitation.
