摘要
通过发动机的地面旋转过载试验,获得了在旋转过载条件下固体火箭发动机的性能曲线及绝热层的烧蚀率,经与地面静止点火试验数据对比分析后认为:降低推进剂的铝粉含量,可以减轻粒子流对绝热层的烧蚀、冲刷作用;同时优化喷管型面,可以减少粒子沉积,减轻粒子流对喷管的烧蚀冲刷作用。
Through the ground rotating overload test of SRM (solid rocket motor), the performance curve and thermal isolating layer' s ablation rate of SRM are obtained. The following consequnence can be made by comparing the results of ground static firing test with ground rotating overload test : the reduction of aluminum powder in propellant can alleviate the ablation and scour of the thermal isolating layer; the optimal of the nozzle shape can reduce the deposition of particle, also can alleviate the ablation and scour of nozzle.
