摘要
利用地下开采方法回收露天矿边帮境界外的残煤,实现露天与矿井开采的结合,可以大大提高矿山的经济效益.以安家岭露天矿为例,从端帮采煤工艺系统和开采方法、端帮采煤与露天采排工程的关系等方面对露天矿端帮采煤系统优化进行了研究.推荐采用台阶式开采方案,对于10 m左右厚的煤层可以一次采全高,带区采出率可达45%以上.端帮采煤与露天矿生产的关系至关重要,露天采排工程从时间和空间上直接影响着端帮采煤的年产量和采出率.
The residual coal in the final slope outside the open pit boundary may be recovered by using the underground mining method so as to realize the combination of surface mining with underground mining, and obviously improving the economic benefits of the mine. As a case study of Anjialing surface coal mine, the underground coal winning technology and mining method are selected. The relationship between coal winning in the end slope and surface mininging/stripping engineering are analyzed. Although the bench mining method is recommended, the full-seam mining should be used for the coal thickness not over 10m and the coal recovery rate in the panel may reach 45% or more. It is found that the annual output and coal recovery rate are directly influenced by the schedule of surface mining/stripping work.
