摘要
为在铝箔上长效负载纳米功能材料,研究了以电解砂化方式改变铝箔表面结构。实验中以盐酸作为电解液主要成分,通过分析不同电流密度、波形、频率下获得的铝箔表面结构,探讨电源因素与铝箔表面蚀孔孔径、发孔率的关系,总结出了空调铝箔电解砂化处理工艺。砂化后的铝箔能够很好地适应功能粒子(如TiO2)的尺寸要求。整个工艺简便,操作性强,为进一步工业推广,创造了良好的条件。
We studied changing the surface structure by electrogramning, in order to loading Nano-meter functional material on aluminum foil. On the condition that hydrochloric acid was the main ingrediend of electroliquid, we analyzed the surface structure of aluminium foil in the different density, waveform and frequency. The pits density and aperture are alway inconsistent with the factors change of current. The treated foil was suitable to the size of Nano-meter functional materials. The craft was simple and user-friendly, which created good condition for popularization.
