摘要
成人高等教育要保证可持续发展，一是要在充分了解成人教育的基础上提高对成人教育意义和存在问题的认识；二是要通过政府营造环境、管理部门革新办学思想、社会改变用人观念、学校树品牌创特色来实现。
To ensure sustainable development on adult higher education, It is should be more cognitions on the significance and problem of adult education base on adequately comprehend;and be came true depend on the government constructs the condition, the management reformations the thinking, the society alters the concept of employ, the college builds up the feature.
