摘要
建立冰乙酸性大鼠胃溃疡模型,采用ABC法进行免疫组织化学染色,观察并探讨胃溃疡对胃壁中HAP1(huntingtin as-soc iated protein 1,HAP1)表达的影响。结果溃疡组大鼠胃壁中HAP1阳性细胞数目及光密度与正常进食的大鼠相比显著增多。
Whether hunting＇tin associated protein 1 （HAP1） is localized in the mucosa of the rat and HAP1 is involved in gastric ulcer was investigated. ABC method of immunohistochemistry was used to observe the localizing feature of HAP1 in the stomach of the rat and the effect of gastric ulcer on expressing of HAP1 in the stomach. It was found that HAP1 was distributed in the mucosa of the stomach of rats. The HAP1 positive cells increased in both number and intensity in gastric ulcer rats by immunohistochemistry. HAP1 is likely to play important roles in gastric ulcer.
