摘要
针对造纸过程中定量水分的强耦合性及时滞性等特点,利用MATLAB的仿真工具箱SIMULINK构造了典型长网纸机的多变量动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法,并进行仿真分析。通过对误差校正参数等的合理设计,采用该算法可使控制系统具有良好的稳定性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性能。
Because of the long time lag and the intense coupling between basis weight and moisture, a multi-variable DMC system model of a typical fourdrinier papermaking machine was developed in SIMULINK to make a simulation analysis. The results showed that the control system is stable, robust, and has a good performance at anti-jamming, when the DMC arithmetic was applied with the correct design of the parameters.
