卫生服务质量管理和医院管理分为国家宏观战略、卫生部门行业系统、医疗机构组织结构、医护人员个人四个层次,只有四个管理层次步调一致,协调发展,卫生服务质量管理与医院管理才能实现其政策目标。如何尽快将医务社会工作重新引入医院组织已成为事关卫生改革成败和防范医疗风险的中心。
Health quality management and hospital management included country mcro - stratagem, health industry department, medical organization and medical staff.
