摘要
用有限分析法推导出流体润滑轴承的静动态雷诺方程的计算公式。公式表明,有限分析解比有限差分法和有限元法更为精确、合理。同时,在单元上可对其直接求偏导数,有利于提高动特性系数的计算精度。算例表明,在偏心率ε较大时。
The calculating formulas of the static and dynamic Reynolds equations have been derived by finite analytic method (FAM). The formulas show that FAM is more accurate and resonable than FDM and FEM, also, on the element partial diffrentiation of dynamic Reynolds equations with respect to circumferential and axial direction is directly obtained by finite analytic solution, therefore, a good level of accuracy in the calculation can be ensured by FAM. The calculating results show that FAM has good stability calculating accuracy in the large eccentricity ratio, and are in good agreement with the test results.
