摘要
以杂交香稻组合培杂软香和常规香稻品种桂香占为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究了施用锌、铁、镧肥对香稻糙米香气和剑叶脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,基肥施用氯化锌和氯化镧以及齐穗期喷施氯化锌处理能极显著或显著地提高香稻培杂软香和桂香占糙米的香气含量。在齐穗后7 d和齐穗后14 d,6个锌、铁、镧肥施用处理都能不同程度地提高香稻培杂软香和桂香占剑叶的脯氨酸含量;在成熟期,锌肥喷施处理能显著地提高培杂软香剑叶的脯氨酸含量而极显著地降低桂香占剑叶的脯氨酸含量,镧肥基施处理能极显著地增加桂香占剑叶的脯氨酸含量而降低培杂软香剑叶的脯氨酸含量。
The effects of application of zinc, iron and lanthanum on aroma content in brown rice and praline content in flag leaf were studied in pots by using one aromatic conventional rice variety, Guixiangzhan, and one aromatic hybrid rice combination, Peiza Ruanxiang. The results showed that the treatments of basal application of zinc and lanthantun fertilizers and spraying zinc fertilizer at full heading stage increased significantly aroma content in brown rice of Peiza Ruanxiang and Guixiangzhan. All six treatments of applying zinc, iron and lanthanum fertilizers increased to some extent proline content in flag leaf of Peiza Ruanxiang and Guixiangzhan at 7d and 14d after full heading stage. At mature stage, spraying zinc fertilizer significantly increased proline content in flag leaf of Peiza Ruanxiang but decreased proline content in flag leaf of Guixiangzhan, and basal application of lanthanum fertilizer significantly increased proline content in flag leaf of Guixiangzhan but decreased proline content in flag leaf of Peiza Ruanxiang.
