摘要
本文以可持续发展理论为核心,借助系统工程多目标优化的思想,建立了新型环境—经济系统协调度模型。模型分为三个部分:功效函数、协调度函数和环境系统指标体系。
Based on the theory of sustainable development and multiobject optimistic technology of system engineering, a new coordinative degree of enveron-ment-economy system was proposed and apllied.
