摘要
Based on the theory of dynamic enterprise model （DEM）, this paper focuses on describing the technic realization methods of DEM and its application in flexible enterprise resource plan （ERP） system. The complete and systematical description of various business activities in enterprises, quick response to business changes and the demanding adjustments are achieved with the conformation of the dynamic enterprise model platform and the utilization of the dynamic enterprise system model. Mass customization production is truly used in the implementation and development of ERP software.
