摘要
针对百色油田复杂小断块、低孔、低渗及高吸水启动压力的地质特点,对注水开发效率低的原因进行了系统分析,并针对这些技术难点提出了解决办法。针对水敏性的影响,改进原来的污水处理流程,确定水性改良方案,运用采出水处理回注工艺技术,解决了因水敏而导致的注水困难问题。在取得前期效果的基础上,形成了一套适合百色油田的含油污水精细过滤、解决水质沿程管线恶化、外输污水的净化、注前缘保护液试验、高效净水剂及杀菌剂的优选、用加砂压裂方法启动注水井低渗层的高效注水配套工艺技术。
This paper analyzes the reason of low water injection development efficiency in view of the characteristics of complex fault block, low porosity, low permeability and high starting pressure in Baise Oilfield. It also gives the solutions for improving the original wastewater treatment fowsheet and defining the production water improvement plan, and solves the injection water problems through production water reinjecting technique. Based on the preliminary effect, this article introduces a series of technologies such as the precision filtering for wastewater, treating water quality along the flow pipeline, purifying the reinjection water, injecting protection fluid experiment, selecting highly effectency water clarifier and insecticide as well as starting the low-permeability strata,which has solved the above problems and formed water injection technology suitable for the geological feature of Baise oilfield.
