摘要
对上海水产大学和上海师范大学教学科研人员和教学管理人员进行的问卷调查表明,本科教学工作水平评估对教学工作的影响是积极的,建立评估制度是保障高等教育质量的有效措施。调查揭示了评估对教学工作影响的一些特点:教学管理人员对评估影响的肯定程度高于教学科研人员;评估对教师教学和教学管理的影响大于对学生学习的影响;评估对教学工作的外在影响强于内在影响;评估对教学工作的影响随时间推移会逐渐减弱。
The paper investigated the impact of undergraduate education standards evaluation on the undergraduate teaching by a questionnaire. The sample of subjects was the facuhy and administrators from Shanghai Normal University and Shanghai Fisheries University. The study showed that the undergraduate education standards evaluation had made a no table positive impact on the undergraduate teaching and therefore the establishment of the evaluation was effective measures to assure higher education quality. The study also found some characteristics about the impact: administrators appreciated the impact better than facuhy did; the impact on teaching and administration stronger than on students learning; the impact on the external aspects of the teaching bigger than on the internal aspects; and the impacl would gradually weaken.
