摘要
文章通过对从点到点——上海民间自发的旧建筑改造与利用实例的分析,说明这是旧建筑改造利用的重要方式,应引起足够的重视和关注,同时指出政府在旧建筑改造利用中的角色定位。
Through case studies of revitalizations of private old houses in Shanghai byindividual residents, the article （from point to points） indicates that this has become one of the main modes of revitalizations of old house in Shanghai that deserves much attention, It also indicates that the government should play a reasonable role in such a process.
