摘要
翻开中华民族辉煌的茶文化史,可以清楚地看到不同历史时期茶俗的运行轨迹。中国茶文化的形成,出自唐代,源自唐代。宋元明清时期,在继承传统的基础上,它又得到了深入的发展,相继出现了煎茶、点茶、斗茶、泡茶等不同特点、风格各异的饮茶习俗。总之,随着社会的进步、文明的发展,中国茶文化也在不断地提高与发展。
The different characteristics of chinese tea customs in different historical periods can be seen clearly in the brilliant history of Chinese tea culture. Originating from Tang dynasty, Chinese tea culture futherly developed in the later dynasties, as in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing, and respectively appeared various tea-drinking methods in the periods mentioned above. In a word, chinese tea culture will consistently make a better progress and get further development with the promotion of China＇s social progress and civilization.
