摘要
人口老龄化是现今世界的焦点问题之一,亦是亚洲、中国以及澳门现在及将来面对的重要问题。澳门人口老龄化的程度比全世界、亚洲及中国总体程度要严重。澳门的总体人口自20世纪90年代开始逐渐趋向老龄化,老年人口占全澳人口的比例由1991年的6·8%增至2005年的8·3%,人口老龄化与老龄化医疗照顾成为澳门健康老龄化的重要研究课题。本文系统地分析了澳门老年人照顾的管理组织架构;世界人口老龄化及澳门老年人口的特征和趋势;老龄化社会与政府的财政支付及政府老龄人口医疗卫生服务的状况。
The population aging is one of the focalized problem in the world, in Asia, China and Macao is also intractable problem that government has to faced with both current and future. In Macao the grade of aging problem is more severe compared with the China's Mainland, even Asia. In 1990＇s, the percentage of aging people in Macao increased from 6. 8% to 8.3% in the period from 1991 to 2005. The problem of aging people and their health care analysis became a main study in healthy aging in Macao. In this article we analyzed the management structure of the aging people health care, aged characteristics and the world tendency. We also revealed the aging society with government budget and the situation of public aging population health care service.
