非繁殖季节太行山羊胚胎移植方案研究 被引量:7

摘要 对48只太行山羊(供体羊)、40只布尔山羊和120只唐山奶山羊(受体羊)进行了同期发情、超数排卵和胚胎移植试验.试验结果表明:CIDR+PMSG组对布尔山羊同期发情,有效发情率为75%;CIDR+FSH组对唐山奶山羊同期发情,有效发情率为73%;CIDR+FSH+LH组平均可用胚胎数与CIDR+PMSG组和CIDR+PMSG+LH组差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),与CIDR+FSH组差异显著(P<0.05).用CIDR+FSH+LH法超数排卵时,CIDR+FSH组对唐山奶山羊进行同步发情,受体妊娠率为56%;CIDR+PMSG组对布尔山羊同步发情,受体妊娠率为60%水平.因此,在非繁殖季节对太行山羊采用CIDR+FSH+LH法超数排卵和以布尔山羊及唐山奶山羊为受体分别用CIDR+PMSG和CIDR+FSH同步发情来进行胚胎移植的技术方案是可行的. Superovulation was conducted in 48 individuals of the Taihang goats and synchronized estrus was induced by associated hormones and CIDR methods in 40 individuals of the Boer goats and 120 individuals of the Tangshan milk goats. The results showed as follows. 1) It was applied synchronized estrus in Boer goats and Tangshan milk goats to the CIDR+PMSG and CIDR+FSH groups respectively,which the percentage of effective estrus is 75% and 73% respectively. 2)There were respectively significant differ- ence of average usable embryos between CIDR+FSH+LH group to CIDR+PMSG and CIDR+PMSG+ LH groups(P〈0.01), and there was difference of average usable embryos between CIDR+ FSH + LH group to CIDR+ FSH group(P〈0.05) (3) When superovulation was conducted by CIDR+ FSH + LH group in Taihang goat, CIDR + FSH group and CIDR + PMSG group were applied synchronized estrus in Tangshan milk goats and Boer goats which rate of pregnancy are 56 % and 60% respectively. Therefore,it is feasible to scheme of embryo transfer which superovulation was conducted in Taihang goats and synchro- nized estrus was induced in Boer goats and Tangshan milk goats at non-breeding season.
