摘要
以丁香、虎杖和百部的丙酮提取物为材料,测定了其对8种植物病原真菌的抑制活性。结果表明:在供试浓度为0.05 g/ml时,丁香提取物对所有供试菌的病原真菌菌丝生长抑制作用效果最好,抑制率均为100%;虎杖提取物抑菌活性次之,对6种供试菌抑制率均在70%以上,其中对苹果褐腐病菌表现出强烈的抑制作用,抑制率为100%,对小麦赤霉病菌和小麦纹枯病菌抑制率均在80%以上;百部提取物仅对小麦纹枯病菌表现出较好的抑制作用。在供试浓度为0.1 g/ml时,丁香提取物对杨树溃疡病菌孢子萌发抑制作用效果最好,抑制率为100%;虎杖提取物对孢子萌发抑制活性次之,抑制率为94%。丁香和虎杖提取物可作为植物源抗真菌剂进一步深入研究。
Three kinds of Chinese herbs, including Syzygium aromaticum, Polygorum cuspidatum and Stemona sessilifolia, were used as the experiment materials to determine their inhibitory activity against 8 plant pathogens. The results showed that the extracts of Syzygium aromaticwn had 100% inhibiting rate to all 8 kinds of plant pathogens, the extracts of Polygorum cuspidatum also showed good auti-fungal properties with more than 70% inhibiting rate to at least 6 kinds of plant pathogens and the highest inhibiting rate achieving at 100% against the Valsa mall. The inhibiting rate of the extracts of Syzygium aromaticum to the growth of the spore of Dothiorella gregaria reached 100% at the concentration of 0.1 g/ml,while that of the Polygorum cuspidatum extracts was 94%.
