激光冲击处理对Ti6A14V力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过对钛合金Ti6A14V的激光冲击处理,研究了激光冲击处理工艺对钛合金Ti6A14V力学性能的影响。实验表明:激光冲击处理能有效提升Ti6A14V的力学性能,在激光功率密度由1.15GW/ cm^2增加到2.31GW/cm^2过程中,其冲击波峰值压力线性增加,表面最大残余压应力也相应增大,最高达—264MPa,表面硬化层的显微硬度高达510Hv,硬化层深度约为0.25mm,经过激光冲击处理后硬度相对于原始钛板提高了64%,随着激光能量的增加,冲击区域的抗拉强度极大增强,塑性降低。 In this paper,laser shock processing technology was employed on Ti6Al4V and the change of mechanical properties was investigated. The experiments show that a uniform hardened layer with the thickness of almost 0.25mm and hardness of 510Hv is obtained on the Ti6Al4V surface when we select proper technologic parameters in laser shock processing. The influence of laser power density on residual stress in the titanium alloy was analyzed and it is found that the higher laser power density,the greater compressive residual stresses at the surface of the sample were obtained. The maximal compressive residual stresses at the surface of the sample is about -264MPa and the distribution of the residual stresses below the surface increased to 1mm,which are valuable effects to aeronautic titanium alloy. With the increase of laser densities, the material tensile strength and hardness in shocked area increase,while the plastic property decreases.
