摘要
弹性体经过冶炼成材、机加工、热处理后,其内部依然存在各种类型的缺陷,因此弹性变形时会出现加载线与卸载线不重合,即电阻应变称重传感器标准所提的滞后。本文结合内耗机理及部分实践提出了钢弹性体材料处理、热处理工艺对传感器滞后误差的影响分析。
Elastomer turned into material by smelting, the inside of the elastomer still existed all kinds of drawbacks, no superposition phenomenon between load line and unload line would appear, that was the lag which was mentioned in the standard of the strain gauge load cell. This text analysed the influence of steel elastomer material, heat treatment craft to load cell lag error combining internal friction mechanism and practical experience.
