摘要
本文确定了灾害风险评价的主要影响要素和指标体系,依据选取的主要影响因素,采用灰色关联分析方法分别计算求得各关联因子的关联度和关联序,在此基础上,按各因素的关联度占所有因素的关联度之和的比重作为权植。在以往的区域风险评价中,一般是按关联度从小到大的顺序依次给定权值,人为影响比较大。本文采用的这种权值确定方法可以避免人为夸大各因子之间的作用,更趋于合理,而且也为采用计算机制图提供了前提。并以黄河上游地区为例进行了以县(市、旗)为单元的风险评价。
This paper established main influence factors and the index system hazards. It obtaind the related degree and number of each factor by analysis to selected factors. Then, based on the related degree of risk evaluation for geological the Grey Model method according , the right-weighty value of each factor was calculated with each degree of factor divided by sum all degree of factors. But the right-weighty value was decided by people relied on the magnitude of related degree before, and affected very much by people. In this paper, the method of providing the fight-weighty value can avoid the actions affected by people, and may be more in reason. At the same time, it will provide some condition for drawing some special map through computer. For example, this paper finished risk evaluation in the upper of Yellow River for each county unit.
