摘要
为选择合适的化学消毒剂,采用载体定量杀菌试验对3种含氯消毒剂杀灭细菌芽孢的效果进行了比较。结果,三种含氯消毒剂在相同条件下,二氯异氰尿酸钠以有效氯800 mg/L溶液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用25 m in平均杀灭率达到100%;二氯一溴异氰尿酸钠以有效氯300 mg/L溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30 m in平均杀灭率达到100%;二氧化氯以其含量为250 mg/L的溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30 m in平均杀灭率率达到100%。结论,3种含氯消毒剂对细菌芽孢均具有很好的杀灭效果,以二氧化氯杀芽孢效果最好。
In order to select appropriate chemical disinfectant, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to compare the sporicidal efficacy of three chlorine - containing disinfectants. Results : When the three chlorine - containing disinfectants were tested under same conditions, sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution containing available chlorine 800 mg/L with a 25 rain contact time, dichloromonobromoisocyanuric acid solution containing available chlorine 300 mg/L with a 30 rain contact time and chlorine dioxide solution containing chlorine dioxide 250 mg/L with a 30 rain contact time killed 100% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on carriers in average. Conclusion : All the three chlorine - containing disinfectants had good spo- ricidal efficacy and the efficacy of chlorine dioxide was the best.
