摘要
以节约高效进行我国社会主义新农村基础设施建设为目的,通过分析以BOT方式进行农村基础设施建设的可行性及应采取的对策和政策,得出用BOT方式建设农村基础设施是推进我国社会主义新农村建设,带动农村经济发展和中西部大开发的有力支撑之一的结论。
