摘要
根据回弹机理,提出了一种基于几何回弹量补偿的模具型面修正方法,在此基础上开发了模具型面修正程序,并以类似U形件作为研究对象,在Dynaform软件中进行了冲压回弹模拟,将结果输入修模程序得到点云文件并导入Surfacer软件,将CAE网格节点数据转化为CAD点云数据,最后完成模具型面的CAD设计。
A method based on compensation for geometric spring back value was presented, and a program for die cavity surface modification was developed. Then, a simulation on the stamping spring back of a U-shaped sheet part was made by using Dynaform software. The result was inputted in the program for die modification and the point-cloud data were obtained. Then the data were treated in Surfacer software that transforms CAE grid nodes into CAD point-cloud digital information. Then the design for die cavity surface by CAD was carried out.
