摘要
根据化学反应原理,对钠强化石灰/石灰石湿式烟气脱硫过程的多相化学反应进行了分析计算,重点探讨了钠离子对液相总硫和钙离子浓度的影响规律.计算结果表明,相同pH值下,钠离子能有效地提高液相总硫浓度,抑制钙离子浓度,增大石灰/石灰石溶解传质的推动力而促进其溶解,提高脱硫率和石灰/石灰石的利用率,并抑制设备结垢.
Based on chemical reaction principle, calculations are made of the multiphase reactions in sodium-enhanced wet lime/limestone flue gas desulfurization process. Especially, the effects of sodium ion on the concentrations of aqueous total sulfur and calcium ion are analyzed. According to the calculation results, sodium ion can effectively increase total sulfur concentration and depress the calcium ion concentration at same pH value. So it can promote lime/limestone dissolution by increasing the driving force of mass transfer, and increase desulfurization efficiency and lime/limestone utilization, and depress equipment scaling.
