玉米秸秆是丰富的、可再生的资源,主要由纤维素、半纤维素和木质素组成。玉米秸秆经过预处理,水解和发酵可生成酒精。介绍了玉米秸秆生产酒精几个关键工艺的最新进展。
The corn stover is an abundant and renewable resource and mainly consists of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Alcohol can be obtained by pretreatment, hydrolysis and fermentation of corn stover. This article focuses on progresses in key processes of alcoholic fermentation.
