摘要
对多花银叶树组织培养研究中的增殖培养、幼芽伸长生长、壮苗培养、根诱导等进行了研究。结果表明:最佳丛芽增殖配方为1/2MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L+B915mg/L+蔗糖30g/L,最佳幼芽伸长生长配方为1/2MS+BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L+B95mg/L+蔗糖30g/L,最佳壮苗培养配方为1/2MS+6-BA0.05mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+土豆汁40%+蔗糖30g/L,最佳生根配方为1/2MS改良+蔗糖30g/L。
This paper deals with proliferation culture, plumule elongation, strong plant culture and root inducing on tissue culture of Leuca- dendron floridum. The results show that the best medium of axillary shoot proliferation is 1/2MS ＋ 6 - BA1. 0mg/L ＋ NAA0. 01 mg/L ＋ 8915mg/ L＋ sugar30g/L, the best medium of plumule elongation is 1/2MS＋ BA1.5mg/L＋ NAA 0.01mg/L ＋ B95mg/L＋ sugar30g/L, the best medium of strong plant culture is 1/2MS＋ 6 - BA0.05mg/L＋ NAA0.2mg/L＋ potato juice40% ＋ sugar30g/L, and the best medium of root inducing is 1/2Modified MS ＋ sugar30g/L.
