摘要
丝／苏氨酸激酶Pim家族已发现3个成员:Pim-1、Pim-2和Pim-3,它们都是钙／钙调蛋白调节激酶(CAMP)。目前的研究发现,Pim激酶通过磷酸化不同的底物而在细胞凋亡、细胞周期调控以及肿瘤的发生中起着重要的作用。现就目前国内外关于Pim激酶的研究进展作一综述。
Serine/Threonine kinase Pim family has three members： Pim-1 ,Pim-2 and Pim-3, all of them are calcium/calmodulin-regulated kinase（CAMP）. Pim plays important roles in the cell apoptosis, cell cycle control and carcinogenesis. This article reviews the recent advance in the research of Pim genes.
