开发了一种由均四甲苯空气气相氧化制备均苯四甲酸二酐过程所需的催化剂,该催化剂活性组分为V-Ti-P-Nb。研究了载体种类、活性组分、温度、空速和反应物浓度对工艺结果的影响。同时研究了将粗酐直接利用有机溶剂进行重结晶精制的方法。
A catalyst for preparation of pyromellitic dianhyride by catalytic gaseous phase oxidation from durene are developed. The catalyst contains V - Ti - P - Nb as essential active constituent. The influence of carriers, active constituents temperature, air speed and the concentration of the reactants, on the final results was studied through experiments. The obtained crude pyromellitic dianhyride is purified through recrystallisation in an organic solvent.
