摘要
运用SWOT分析法,对新时期我国实施社区护理的内部条件(有利条件、不足之处)和外部环境(外部机遇、挑战)进行综合分析,提出要建立健全政府主导下的社区护理运行机制,广泛宣传,规范社区护理服务内涵、收费及考核制度,促进社区护理的发展。
By applying SWOT analysis to analyze comprehensively on both inner conditions （advantages and disadvantages） and external environment （external chances and challenges）, it put forward that one should perfect the running mechanism of community care under the leading of the government, publicized extensively, standardize the service connotations, charging, and checking systems of community care, and promote the development of community care.
