摘要
介绍一种新型柔性铰链位移放大机构;对该机构进行了应力分析和位移损失分析,建立了位移放大数学模型,并用有限元分析软件进行了试验验证;计算出位移放大机构所允许的最大输入位移,指出对称式位移放大机构存在着较大的内部约束反力,指出其位移损失与外部负载呈线性关系。
This paper introduces a new prototype of displacement magllifying mechanism with flexxible hinges. Both the stress and the displacement loss of the mechanism are analyzed, The model of tile displacement magnification is also established, and they are proved by the FEM Prograln Ansys 8. 0. Tire maxilnm allowable input displacement is calculated, and tire biggest inner restricted feedback force in the mechanism is poillted out . The relation of the displacement loss and the exterior force presents liner characteristic.
