摘要
收集6个大型实验室近年来在地质样品分析过程中采用不同痕量分析方法获得的国家一级标准物质的实测数据,采用数理统计方法对其进行分析。得出了样品含量与测试误差之间的关系。根据含量与误差之间的关系重点讨论了误差的估计方法。
This paper deals with the errors in measurement of trace analysis for national grade 1 standard materials in 6 major laboratories across China. The authors discussed the relations between contents and testing errors as well as estimation of error through the above - mentioned relations.
