降糖通脉颗粒对家兔四氧嘧啶糖尿病的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察降糖通脉颗粒对家兔四氧嘧啶糖尿病的效果。方法通过建立家兔四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型,研究降糖通脉颗粒对动物血糖、胰岛素、胰高血糖素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果降糖通脉颗粒能明显降低糖尿病家兔血糖,增加胰岛素水平,降低胰高血糖素含量,增强SOD活性,减少MDA含量。结论降糖通脉颗粒对四氧嘧啶糖尿病家兔具有明显的改善作用。 Objective To observe the effects of jiangtangtongmai granule on alloxan-induced diabetes in rabbits. Methods Blood glucose, insulin, glucagons, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdedyeds(MDA) were measured through the Alloxan-induced diabetic model of rabbits. Results Jiangtangtongmai granule could significantly reduce blood glucose of alloxan-induced diabetes of rabbits, increase insulin level, reduce glucagon contents, enhance SOD activity and reduce MDA contents. Conclusions Jiangtangtongmai granule can obviously improve the alloxan-induced diabetes of rabbits.
