硝唑尼特合成方法的改进 被引量：12

The improved preparation of nitazoxanide

摘要 目的用一种新的方法合成硝唑尼特并验证其结构。方法以水杨酸先制备水杨酰卤,然后与2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑反应,最后用乙酸酐成酯。结果所合成的产物结构正确,产率得到提高。结论所采用的路线切实可行。 OBJECTIVE To synthesize nitazoxanide by a new way and testify its structure. METHODS First amidation then acetylation reaction was used. RESULTS The synthesized compound was correct, the yield rate was increased. CONCLUSION The method developed is adoptable.
