摘要
烟草类胡萝卜素对烟叶品质及其可用性有着重要的影响。简要介绍了烟草中类胡萝卜素的理化性质及生物学性质；综述了其生物合成途径、调节机理和生理功能，以及在成熟及调制过程中的研究进展；分析了类胡萝卜素与烟叶品质的关系。
Carotenoid significantly influences the quality and usability of tobacco.This review has concisely introduced tobacco carotenoid in physical, chemical and biological characters, mainly focused on biosynthetic mechanism, regulation of biosyntheses, physiological effect ,changes of carotenoid in the process of maturity and flu-curing. In the end,the relationship between caroteneoid and quality of tobacco leaf is analysed.
