具有抗真菌活性的海洋微生物的分离筛选 被引量:14

摘要 从中国广西北部湾海域采集的海蜇和海泥样品中分离到1300株海洋微生物,采用白色念珠菌为初筛模型,对1300株海洋微生物菌株进行抗真菌活性检测,结果表明有136株具有抗白色念珠菌活性,对其中56株高活性菌株进行抗菌谱研究,结果表明JIV-49具有广谱的抗菌作用,对细菌、酵母及丝状真菌均具有抑制作用。 1300 strains of marine microbes had been screened from Rhopilema esculentum Kishinouye and marine soil. 136 strains of the marine microbes inhibited the growth of Candida albicans. From the study of Antibacterial spectrum of the 56 strains which were selected from 136 strains, a strain named JIV-49 can inhibit the growth of all the fungi and bacteria tested.
