摘要
目的探讨缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)的表达与胃癌组织中血管生成的相互关系。方法对48例手术切除后的胃癌标本进行连续切片和HIF-1α、VEGF蛋白的免疫组织化学检测,用CD34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞并计数微血管密度(MVD)。结果在48例胃癌组织中,HIF-1α阳性表达32例(66.7%),VEGF阳性表达29例(60.4%),胃癌组织的MVD值为42.5土14.7,均与正常胃黏膜组比较,差异有显著性。HIF-1α的表达与VEGF的表达、MVD值呈正相关。结论HIF-1/αVEGF通路在胃癌血管生成过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship of hypoxia inducible factor 1α expression with angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma. Methods Forty- eight samples of gastric carcinoma tissues were examined for HIF-1α, VEGF and CD34 expression by immunohisto chemical method. Results The positive expression rate of HIF -1α, VEGF were 66.7 % ,60.4% in gastric carcinoma. The mean of micro vessel density was 42.5 ± 14.7 in gastric carcinoma. HIF-1α expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression and MVD value. Conclusion The results demonstrate that HIF-1α/VEGF access plays an important role in the process of gastric carcinoma angiogenesis.
