摘要
利用胚胎移植技术对引进优质肉羊品种进行快速繁育,是加速育种进程与迅速提高我国绵羊肉用品质的捷径。本次非繁殖季节胚胎移植平均每只供体羊冲出可用胚4.8枚,最高为21枚,鲜胚移植妊娠率86.67%,总体达国内领先水平。
It is a good way to speed up breeding and enhance quality of sheep in our country using embryo transplantation of import mutton sheep. In this experiment in non-reproduction season, 4.8 embryos on average were gotten from every embryo supply sheep and the maximum was 21 embryos. The gestational ratio was 86.67% for fresh embryo transplanting. The study reached national advanced level.
