摘要
目的观察益气活血祛风中药治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效。方法将65例患者随机分为两组,试验组35例服用益气活血祛风中药,对照组30例服用疏散风热中药。均1剂/d,分早晚服用。服药2周为1个疗程,连续服药2个疗程判效,停药2个月后随访。结果治疗组痊愈15例,显效12例,好转5例,无效3例;对照组痊愈6例,显效11例,好转6例,无效7例。两组治愈率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论益气活血祛风中药治疗慢性荨麻疹具有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of the decoction containing splenishing Qi,activating blood and dispelling Wind herbs on chronic urticaria, Methods 65 cases were randomly divided into the following 2 groups, Thirty-five patients in the treatment group were treated with combination of herbs containing splenishing Qi herbs, activating Blood herbs as well as dispelling Wind herbs,while 30 patients in the control group were treated with decoction containing mainly dispelling wind herbs. One decoction a day,2 weeks is regarded as a course of treatment. Observe the therapeutic effects of each group after two courses of treatment while follow up the patients 2 months after quiting treatment. Results The results showed that in the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 12 cases excellenced,5 cases improved, and 3 cases failed. While in the control group, 6 cases were cured, 11 cases excellenced,6 cases improved,and 7 cases failed. There is a significant difference in the recovery rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The decoction containing splenishing Qi,activating Blood and dispelling Wind chinese herbs has pavorable efficacy on chronic urticaria.
