摘要
介绍了铸铁的消失模转移控制半固态铸造工艺。其技术要点有二:一是发泡模采用聚苯乙稀和聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂共聚的可发性珠粒制造;二是不在浇注前将金属液体制成半固态浆料,而是以略高于液相线温度的低温浇注,控制其在浇注过程中浇注系统内析出少量固相。采用这一工艺,大多数铸件可不设置冒口,砂处理作业很少且几乎不产生废砂,铸件的尺寸精度也显著改善。
Lost foam casting control-transferring semi-solid process for cast iron was described.First,the foamed pattern was produced with polystyrene and polymethyl methacrylate bead;second,the liquid metal is not prepared semi-solid slurry before pouring but directly poured at slightly below liquidus temperature to control the creation of small amounts of solid phase during pouring.Based on the mentioned technique,the size and surface of produced cast iron castings can be greatly improved,meanwhile,the techniques have the advantages of riser-free and no sand treatment.
