脑功能区手术唤醒麻醉研究进展 被引量：16

摘要 在脑功能区手术中,应用神经导航和神经电生理技术进行功能解剖定位,要求肿瘤切除过程中病人处于完全清醒状态,麻醉过深或过浅均可能引起严重并发症。唤醒麻醉用于脑功能区手术已有多年历史,主要包括局部麻醉联合镇静或真正的术中唤醒全麻技术,术中唤醒全麻使得在术中评价病人清醒状态下的神经功能成为可能。本文就脑功能区手术唤醒麻醉的方法和监测技术的进展作一综述。
