摘要
目的探讨骶髂关节错位的治疗。方法对40例骶髂关节错位进行临床检查及X线摄片,同时进行针灸配合TDP治疗。结果与结论电针配合TDP照射治疗骶髂关节错位总有效率为90%,前旋错位与后旋错位的疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Objective To investigate the treatment of sacroiliac malposition. Methods Forty sacroiliac malposition patients, who underwent a clinical examination and radiography, were treated with acupuncture plus TDP. Results and conclusion Treatment of sacroiliac malposition by electroacupuncture plus TDP irradiation had a total efficacy rate of 90%. There was no significant difference in curative effect between anterior and posterior rotation malpositions.
