摘要
目的:为提高复合皮移植质量,寻找一种新的真皮替代物.方法:采用7头猪,19块异体乳猪真皮加自体表皮(A+C),7块异体小猪真皮加自体表皮(B+C)和8块自体表皮(C)三个组共34块皮作移植实验,经2年多时间观察.结果:三种皮片移植效果依次下降,其中经酶处理的冷冻异体乳猪真皮+自体刃厚表皮复合移植成活率高,无明显排斥反应,皮片外观近似正常.
Objective: To improve the quality of skin graft. Methods: Allogeneic sucking pig dermis and autologous epidermis (A+C), allogeneic young pig dermis and autologous epidermis (B+C), autologous epidermis graft (C) were used as subjects in three experimental groups for skin grafting. Observations were undertaken for more than two years. Results: The quality of skin grafting was the best with the group of A+C, then the group of B+C and then the one of C. Skin grafting of sucking pig frozen dermis treated by trypsin and autologous epidermis showed the highest living possibility without obvious rejection response, and had advantages of much resemblance to normal skin. Conclusion: Sucking pig frozen dermis disaggregated with trypsin could be used as a carrier of epidermis autograft.
