摘要
提出了运用数字图像处理和模式识别技术的印品质量检测系统,论证了其可行性,并对其主要模块,即图像采集、模板制作以及图像匹配比较进行了分析研究。研究表明,该方案可用于国产印刷机的数字化改造,极大地提高我国印刷机的自动化水平,因而具有重要的实际意义和广阔的应用前景。
A method based on digital imaging and pattern recognition was proposed to inspect printing work, and its feasibility was proved. Its main modules, such as image acquisition, template construction, and image matching were studied. The study showed that the project can be applied in the numerical reform and greatly improve the automatic level of domestic printing machines. So it has important and practical significance and vast application prospect.
